Yes, really. The secret ingredient to the perfect mid-day nap is our old friend coffee. But employed in a way that might surprise you.

Virginia Beach is the most caring big city in the country, according to personal finance website Wallethub.
In December of 2019 the site released its review of America’s 100 largest cities using 39 different indicators sorted into 3 categories: caring for the community, caring for the vulnerable, and caring in the workforce. Among the metrics they looked at were cities’ volunteering and donating to charity, child poverty rate, and doing favors for neighbors.
VB has a particularly strong showing in volunteering hours per capita, where we tied for first place. Next-door neighbor Chesapeake ranked 8th on the list.
