Recreational marijuana is finally legal in the commonwealth of Virginia, and it’s a brave new world for some of those now looking to partake. Many, however, won’t quite know where or how to begin, or even what is and isn’t legal just yet.
To help you out the state has created an online resource where you can access the necessary info quickly and conveniently.
At Cannabis.Virginia.gov you’ll find what you need to understand what’s legal and will be legal, and even how you can eventually participate in the coming green economy.
But first, here are some of the basics:

- 4 plants per household for cultivation, out of view of public and children.
- Sharing of up to one ounce not as part of any transaction.
