- Virginia has a record number of women in the state legislature.
- Proposing an additional $25 million to Virginia Housing Trust Fund.
- Use of "grey machines" revenue to provide Rebuild! VA aid to small businesses.
- Further expansion of broadband.
- Increases in budget to provide more school counselors and English language resources.
- Permanent raise for teachers of greater than 2 percent.
- $5 million for more long regional trails in state parks.
- Greater investment in water and air quality protections, and land conservation.
- Change in state's constitution to automatically return the right to vote to ex-prisoners.
- Legalizing marijuana in Virginia.
- Ending the death penalty in the commonwealth.
- Reimagining and redesign of "Confederate Avenue" in Richmond.
- Preserving the Lumpkin's slave jail as Heritage site to tell the story of slavery in Virginia.
