Virginia Beach is the 8th best run big city in the country, according to personal finance website Wallethub.
Researchers compared the country’s 100 largest cities on 37 metrics from such categories as financial security, schools, health, and safety.
Virginia Beach scored especially well in “Quality of Services,” “Education,” and “Safety” categories, where it placed third, third, and 6th, respectively.
